Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched after order confirmation. We may contact you to verify delivery details before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days after dispatch. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery address, carrier operations, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping cost and COD charge are clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (“COD”) is available only for eligible orders where it appears as a payment option at checkout. The total amount payable is shown before the order is placed. Payment must be made to the authorised delivery carrier upon delivery, using the payment method accepted by that carrier.

Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including a valid address and contact details. If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect or incomplete information, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
