These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through https://www.motoalvora.shop.

1. Seller
The legal seller is REPAIR-ONLY SERVICES LLC. MOTOALVORA is the store name used on this website.

2. Products
We sell motorcycle riding jackets and related riding apparel. Product images, sizes, colours, materials, included accessories and safety features are described on the relevant product page.

Do not rely on a product as protective equipment unless the product page expressly states the applicable certification and that certification is supported by valid product documentation.

3. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may contact you to verify order, address or delivery details before dispatch. An order confirmation email does not guarantee product availability.

4. Prices and Payment
Prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and any COD fee are shown before the customer places an order. COD is available only where shown at checkout.

5. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.

6. Returns and Refunds
Returns, withdrawals and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
